OPERATIONAL MANAGER
As a graduate of Vidal Sassoon Academy, and Institute of Aesthetics, Yolie decided to combine this experience with her strong background in retail management by seeking out a position in salon management. She has been the operational salon manager for several decades.
Along with running the daily salon operations, Yolie’s focus is providing the salon’s clientele with exceptional customer service. “I strongly believe that a front / reception desk is the heart of the salon.
